Water Resources Council

The Tompkins County Water Resources Council (WRC) advises the Tompkins County Legislature on water resource management and planning, identifying problems, prioritizing solutions, and coordinating efforts to protect the County's water resources. The WRC provides a public forum for local communities and stakeholders to discuss water resource concerns, and it aims to coordinate the efforts of local governments, public and private institutions, and agencies throughout the county. Residents are invited to attend WRC meetings, typically held on the third Monday of each month from 4:15 to 6:00 PM, and apply for WRC membership (application form(PDF, 162KB) ).
