School-based Services
Tompkins County Whole Health is committed to developing the mental and emotional health of the children and youth in Tompkins County through comprehensive, innovative, inclusive and diverse counseling services at multiple school based satellite offices throughout the county.

What you can expect
- Individual and family counseling sessions.
- Counseling provided at the school or our Green St. offices, and coming soon to our Brown Rd. offices across from the airport.
- Therapy provided by licensed clinicians.

Youth Referral Process
- You can get counseling services started by speaking with the school counselor or social worker.
- The child’s caregiver will need to attend ONE initial appointment either at the school or at Tompkins County Whole Health.
- Once the intake with the caregiver is completed, students can receive services at the school.
- Therapy services are provided through Tompkins County Whole Health; not by the school.

- Elementary school: Thursdays 8:00-4:30, Tuesdays 12:00-4:30
- Middle school: Mondays 8:00-4:30, Tuesdays & Fridays 8:00-12:00
- High school: Mondays 8:00-4:30, Tuesdays & Fridays 8:00-12:00
Groton
- Elementary school: Thursdays 8:30-4:30
- Middle school: Monday & Thursdays 8:00-4:30
- High school: Monday & Thursdays 8:00-4:30
Ithaca
- Enfield Elementary School: Tuesdays 8-4:30
- Boynton Middle School: Mondays 8-4:30
- Ithaca High School: Tuesdays 8-4:30
Newfield
- Elementary school: Thursdays 8-4:30.
- Middle school: Tuesdays 8:00-5:00, Fridays 8:00-3:30.
- High school: Tuesdays 8:00-5:00, Fridays 8:00-3:30.
Trumansburg
- Elementary: Tuesdays 8:00-4:30
- Middle school: Fridays 8:00-4:30, plus every other Monday 8:00-12:00
- High school: Thursdays 8:00-4:30, plus every other Monday 8:00-12:00
