Community-based services for families with children with developmental delays or handicapping conditions.

Oversight of the Health Promotion, Immunization, Maternal Child, MOMS and WIC programs
A wide array of programs dealing with protecting the environment, such as restaurant inspections, monitoring public water systems, ensuring proper sewage system design and rabies.

Prevention of cardiovascular disease, cancer and injury through outreach, community and worksite programs and tobacco use prevention and control activities.

Information on Childbirth Classes & breastfeeding support, Maternal-child home visits;
Communicable Disease Control, Flu Shots, HIV Anonymous Testing & Counseling, Lead Poisoning & Prevention, Rabies shots, Tuberculosis.
Insurance and health care support program for eligible pregnant women and their newborns.
Birth certificates, death certificates, genealogy searches.
Supplemental nutrition program for eligible women and children.
