    Introduce the program

    • PAC materials include an 8-1/2 x 11" informational poster, and a pad of Personal Scoresheets. There are 50 scoresheets per pad.
    • Display the PAC pads and poster on a bulletin board typically used for employee news or announcements, or for health, wellness or safety information.
    • Circulate an email or memo to let employees know that the scoresheets have been posted and inviting them to try the program.
    • An additional idea is to include a single PAC scoresheet as a "stuffer" with pay checks, time sheets, or other regular deliveries to employees.
    • The goal of the PAC display is for employees to sample the program. The pad format makes scoresheets readily available without undue pressures of commitment or obligation.
    • Individuals should never be discouraged from taking a scoresheet. It may take 3, 4, 5 or more scoresheets --- buried on a desk, crumpled in a purse or pants pocket, fading on a car's back seat, or stuck to a refrigerator door at home --- before the first point is recorded. This is just part of the behavioral change process. (See "Stages of Change")
