Grants Action News(GAN) is a monthly publication from the New York State Assembly that has information about competitive grants available from federal, state, and private sources. The grants highlighted in the newsletter are tailored for New York state organizations.

The New York State Register is a weekly publication by New York Department of State Division of Administrative Rules. Published each Wednesday, this online resource provides Notice of Availability of State and Federal Funds, which lists new competitive grant opportunities available to interested New York State applicants. Full archive of the New York State Register is also available back to the year 1979.

Established in 2011, the Souther Tier Regional Economic Development Council works to develop long-term strategic plans and implementation schedules to advance economic growth in our region. Through the New York State Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Process the Council provides grant opportunities for projects that represent a community-drive, comprehensive, holistic approach to economic development for our region. The CFA allows applicants to access multiple State funding sources through one application.
