Comprehensive search options allow you to search for competitive grant opportunities by a variety of criteria. All Tompkins County government departments seeking funding through Grants.gov must have these grant applications submitted by an Authorized Organization Representative (AOR). The AOR has the authority to sign grant applications and has the necessary certifications and/or assurances to fulfill the requirements of the Grants.gov application process.
 
 

The Federal Register is the official daily record for activities and announcements that occur within Federal agencies and organizations. Daily issues of publication have Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). SAM is designed to get grant seekers properly registered to effectively compete for Federal, State, and Local government competitive funding opportunities.
