On December 22, 2023 at 5:30 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of East Shore Drive and Autumn Ridge in the Town of Lansing for a report of a two car crash. It was reported that one car left the scene of the crash.
Deputies responded to the area of the crash and located the car that had left the scene. The driver of the car that left the scene was identified as Holly G. Conklin, age 58 of Dryden, NY. Through further investigation deputies determined that Conklin was intoxicated and arrested Conklin.
Conklin was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor), leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to yield right of way left turn. Conklin was released with appearance tickets and set to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on January 18, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
