Tompkins County Whole Health Offices Temporary Phone Outage Planned for Saturday, July 22, 2023

(Ithaca, N.Y., July 21, 2023) – The Tompkins County Whole Health (TCWH) phone lines will be undergoing a planned phone upgrade/maintenance on Saturday, July 22, 2023, starting at 9:00 AM. The maintenance is expected to take place for several hours, with an estimated return to business of 1:00PM.

During this time, our regular answering service system numbers will not be available, and our on-call staff will not be able to receive calls from those lines. In order to reach our answering service and on-call staff, please call 800-875-6686.

EMERGENCY AND CRISIS CONTACTS FOR 24-HOUR HELP if you or someone you know feels the need to speak with a healthcare or mental health professional:
