(Ithaca, N.Y., August 22, 2023) – Tompkins County Whole Health (TCWH) offices at 55 Brown Road (Town of Ithaca) will be closed to the public on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 2:00 PM. Whole Health offices at 201 E. Green Street (City of Ithaca) will be open on a limited basis,
In order to ensure the public has continued access to emergency services, on-call coverage will be provided for public health services.
- For Public Health Services’ answering service, call 607-274-6600.
Mental health services will be provided on a limited basis, including walk-in emergency support at the 201 E. Green Street location. For non-urgent matters, please use our on-call service.
- For Mental Health Services’ answering service, call 607-274-6200.
If there is an emergency, appropriate staff will be notified. Prescription requests received by 2:30 pm will be processed Wednesday, August 23.
Alcohol and Drug Council, which is co-located with Mental Health Services at 201 E. Green Street, will remain open for regular business hours. Contact ADC at 607-274-6288 for more information.
