The Ithaca-Tompkins County Transportation Council (ITCTC) announces that a draft program of projects for the 2023-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is available for public review and comment. A Public Meeting will take place online on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm to review, discuss, and accept comments on that document. The TIP represents the five-year program of capital surface transportation projects for Tompkins County that utilize federal funds. The program was developed in collaboration with the New York State Department of Transportation utilizing regional goals and project screening criteria. The draft program being reviewed includes ten (10) projects continuing from the current TIP plus four (4) new projects. Total program funding is $31,897,000 over five years.
