The Tompkins County Finance Department, including the tax paying, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing divisions, will be closing to the public from 2:00 p.m. to close on Wednesday August 23, 2023. The department will open for its regular hours at 8:30a.m. on Thursday August 24.
