The Tompkins County Health Department is alerting the community that a phone system software update will occur on Saturday, June 5 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. During this period, intermittent phone system outages will be likely at various County locations, including the Health Department.

The answering service will continue to operate and has been notified of this potential interruption. In the event you cannot get through, please try again. Health Department staff will receive messages and return calls as soon as possible.
