The Tompkins County Department of Planning and Sustainability is pleased to continue the conversation around housing in our community with this public event. The Incremental Development Alliance’s Bernice Radle will share her experience in real estate development, dig into ways that Tompkins County residents can develop projects in their own neighborhoods and show local leaders and advocates how they can encourage better buildings in our communities. Radle is the Vice Chair of the City of Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals, a leader in Buffalo's Young Preservations, a founding member of the Rust Belt Coalition of Young Preservationists, and the Founder/CEO of Buffalove Development.
