Orange Juice Guide to Teen Services has listings of private and not-for-profit agencies that operate programs for young people.

Recreation Partnership is an inter-municipal partnership for residents of Caroline, City of Ithaca, Danby, Dryden, Enfield, Groton, Newfield, Town of Ithaca, Trumansburg School District, and Village of Lansing. (Others can participate at higher fees.) Most programs are operated by the Ithaca Youth Bureau. More information about the Recreation Partnership is available here.
