Any property, including money, must be signed out within the first 5 days of incarceration. Personal property that is not signed out within the first 5 days will be kept in the jail property room until the inmate's release. The jail will not accept any large items or large amounts of personal property. Perishable items will be discarded at intake.
Upon admission, any money possessed by the inmate will be placed in a secure account. Prohibited items (knives, tobacco, tools, lighters, matches, etc...) must be signed out within 24 hours of intake or they will be destroyed.
