The Human Services Coalition (HSC) of Tompkins County is seeking an Executive Director who combines innovative and strategic thinking with personal integrity and the ability to lead inter-agency collaborations to achieve organizational and broader community goals.
The Director will coordinate the building of coalitions, assure the optimal application of available resources, and encourage educational programming for community agencies. The candidate will be open and inquisitive and possess an honest and compassionate worldview that engenders trust and respect among staff and community stakeholders.
