DWI Arrest

On February 9th, 2019 at around 12:15 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies were on patrol traveling through the City of Ithaca.  While passing through, deputies observed a Honda CRV swerving and failing to maintain its designated lane.  The vehicle was also observed changing lanes with out signaling.  Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of 222 Elmira Road, Taco Bell.   Deputies interviewed the driver, Pamela M. Bryce, age 58 of Willseyville, NY.  During their interview, deputies observed signs of intoxication and conducted a DWI Investigation which resulted in Bryces arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.

Bryce was charged with Failure to Designate Lane Change (Violation), Failure to Maintain Designated Lane (Violation), Driving While Intoxicated (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or Greater (Unclassified Misdemeanor).  Bryce was released on traffic tickets ordering her to return to the City of Ithaca Court on March 6th, 2019 at 1:30 PM.
