DWI Motor Vehicle Crash Arrest

On May 13th, 2019 at around 04:22 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a property damage crash on Algerine Road in the Town of Lansing.  Deptuies arrived and interviewed the driver, Megan M. Rogers, age 25 of Lansing, NY.  During the crash investigation, deputies observed signs of intoxication and conducted a DWI Investigation which resulted in arresting Rogers for Driving While Intoxicated.

​Rogers was charged with NYS Vehicle and Traffic violations of Driving While Intoxicated (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or Greater (Unclassified Misdemeanor),   Rogers was processed and released on an appearance ticket ordering her return to the Town of Lansing Court at a later date.
