Drug Arrest

On December 1st, 2017 at about 8:25 PM, deputies stopped a blue Honda on State Route 13 near Warren Road in the Village of Lansing for speeding.  Subsequent to an investigation, deputies identified the driver as JOSEPH A HURBAN (Age 36 of Ithaca).  HURBAN held a suspended driver's license and was found to be in possession of two bags of a white powdery substance and a small quantity of marijuana.

HURBAN was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree (D Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree (U Misd.), and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana (Violation).  He is set to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on January 9th, 2018 at 9:00 AM.
