WRC Grants Committee

The Grants Committee meets on an as-needed basis. The committee proposes a work plan and budget for the annual NYS Environmental Protection Fund through the Finger Lakes-Lake Ontario Watershed Protection Alliance (FL-LOWPA). The committee also identifies potential grant funding that will help the WRC complete its work plan objectives. The committee assists grant applicants with the application process for a variety of water quality projects.

The Grants Committee (2016) has compiled a Grant Opportunity Guide which was adapted from the NYSDEC publication “VISION APPROACH to implement the Clean Water Act 303(d) Program and Clean Water Planning” December 2015.
