Draft RFP for Old Library Property Released for Comment

As authorized by the Old Library Committee of the Tompkins County Legislature, Commissioner of Planning Ed Marx has released for comment the Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) document for redevelopment of the County’s Old Library property.
The draft document is released for a 10-day comment period, with comments due to Commissioner Marx no later than the close of business Monday, November 24.
The Draft RFP document is posted for review on the Old Library page at http://tompkinscountyny.gov/files2/planning/OldLibrary/Old%20Library%20draft%20RFP_11-14-14.pdf.
E-mail comments should be directed to Commissioner Marx at emarx@tompkins-co.org, with written comments sent to Edward Marx, Commissioner of Planning, 121 E. Court Street, Ithaca, NY 14850.
The Legislature is scheduled to consider a resolution authorizing release of the final RFP December 2.
