Aging Services Network

The next Aging Services Network Meeting will be on Friday, November 8th from 12-1 at the Tompkins County Office for the Aging, 214 West Martin Luther King Jr./State St., Ithaca.
 
Sue Olmstead, Chronic Disease Program Coordinator with the Health Planning Council of Tompkins County will discuss local resources for Diabetes and other Chronic Health Conditions. Susan Dunlop, Community Health Nurse in the Health Promotion Program of the Tompkins County Health Department, will be discussing the 5-part Chronic Respiratory Conditions Program.
 
November is Diabetes Awareness Month: a fine opportunity to learn about local programming available to help manage Diabetes as well as other chronic conditions.
 
Feel free to bring your lunch; beverages will be available. Aging Services Network meetings are open to people who work in the field of aging and anyone who has an interest in the topic. Carpooling is encouraged.
