Federal Fiscal Year: October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023 

HOW FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION DOLLARS ARE SPENT IN TOMPKINS COUNTY

The Ithaca-Tompkins County Transportation Council (ITCTC) is pleased to announce the availability of the federal fiscal year (FFY) 2022 - 2023 List of Obligated Projects. The ITCTC maintains a five-year program (list) of transportation projects that are scheduled to use federal funding. This five-year program is called the Transportation Improvement Program, TIP for short. All federally funded projects are required to be on the TIP in order to be eligible for funding.

To ensure that the public has an accurate understanding of how federal funds are being spent on transportation projects, federal regulations include a requirement that the organizations responsible for approving the Transportation Improvement Program, publish an annual listing of project obligations.
