Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) (ဟံၣ်ဃီဂံၢ်သဟီၣ်တၢ်မၤစၢၤအတၢ်ရဲၣ်တၢ်ကျဲၤ) ဟ့ၣ်၀ဲဒၣ်တၢ်မၤစၢၤဃုာ်ဒီးမ့ၣ်အူဂံၢ်သဟီၣ်ဒီးတၢ်သူတၢ်စွဲအလဲတဖၣ်လၢပှၤအိၣ်ဒီးဟံၣ်ဒီးပှၤဒိးလဲအိၣ်ဟံၣ်လၢအကျိၣ်စ့တၢ်ဟဲနုာ်စှၤ၀ဲတဖၣ်အဂီၢ်န့ၣ်လီၤ. HEAP အတၢ်ရဲၣ်တၢ်ကျဲၤန့ၣ်ဘၣ်တဘၣ်မၤစၢၤစ့ၢ်ကီးလၢတၢ်ဘှီထီၣ်က့ၤဖၣ်ကပူၤဖးဒိၣ်မ့တမ့ၢ်တၢ်ထၢနုာ်လီၤက့ၤအီၤဒီးအဂၤတခါန့ၣ်သ့လီၤ. Tompkins County Office for the Aging ကွၢ်မၤန့ၢ်တၢ်လၢ HEAP အလံာ်ပတံထီၣ်တၢ်တဖၣ်လၢပှၤလၢအသးအိၣ် 60 ဆူအဖီခိၣ်အဂီၢ်,ဒီးပှၤလၢအဒိးန့ၢ်ဘၣ် SSI, မ့တမ့ၢ် SSD, ဒီးတဒိးန့ၢ်ဘၣ် Food Stamps တဖၣ်အဂီၢ်လီၤ.

Emergency HEAP

Anyone who has already received a regular HEAP benefit and is low on fuel (less than 25%) or has received a shut off notice is eligible for an emergency HEAP benefit. Contact the Tompkins County Office for the Aging (607) 274-5482 for more information.
