Casowasco Camp and Retreat Center, located on Owasco Lake, has a rich history of summer camping. Since 1946, the site has been owned and operated by the United Methodist Church and has provided a place where lives are changed. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Our overnight residential Christian Summer Camp programs are offered from June 24 – August 10 for youth ages 6 - 18. We offer waterfront activities including sailing, rowing, canoeing, swimming, kayaking, tubing, waterskiing, the Space Mountain, and the Blob. Main camp activities include crafts, challenge course, nature study, and team and individual sports such as soccer, basketball, biking, fishing, volleyball, and archery. Bible exploration, dynamic worship, campfires, and all kinds of traditional camp activities add to the fun. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The base rate for general programs is $415, but if you register by May 1st you will receive $10 off a full week program. Fees are higher for specialized programs such as off-site trips and Horseback Riding programs.
