Ever notice how you never notice some everyday things that are always
out there?
Take tobacco ads for example.
There are a lot out there; sometimes well over a dozen cigarette ads
just in one store!
And while you might not remember them, kids often do!
In fact, kids recall tobacco ads twice well as adults.
And because their influence encourages kids to start smoking and then
to become regular smokers, tobacco ads are something that should not
go un-noticed.
So ask retailers to cut back on tobacco ads, especially those visible
from outside their store.
Because fewer tobacco ads could mean fewer kids get hooked on tobacco,
and that can help save a life.
