What
is PAC?
Physical Activity Counts (PAC) is a self-run
program for recording daily physical activity. A wealth
of scientific and medical evidence supports the many
benefits of getting regular physical activity (see
box at right). Using the PAC
scoresheet individuals can track their activity
levels. Personal goals for progress can be set, buddies
can encourage each other, or groups can hold friendly
competitions for prizes or peer support.
