Potentially hazardous foods were not kept at or below 45°
F during cold holding. Sliced American cheese and provolone
cheese were observed at 53° F. Both products were voluntarily
discarded during the inspection.

Collegetown
Bagels East Hill, C-Ithaca
Potentially hazardous foods were not stored under refrigeration.
Half & Half, soy milk and skim milk were observed at 53-60°
F for customer service. The products were voluntarily discarded
during the inspection.
Enough refrigeration was not properly maintained so that
potentially hazardous foods were kept at or below 45°
F during cold holding. Whole milk and Half & Half were
observed at 50-53° F in a cooler. The products were voluntarily
discarded during the inspection.
Potentially hazardous foods were not kept at or above 140°
F during hot holding. Cream of broccoli soup and Gumbo were
observed at 126-135° F. Both products were discarded during
the inspection.
A re-inspection was satisfactory
Clarion
Hotel, V-Lansing
Accurate thermometers were not available to evaluate potentially
hazardous foods. No metal stem probe thermometer was available
at the time of the inspection. Staff was directed to obtain
a metal stem probe thermometer.
Enough refrigerated storage was not maintained so that potentially
hazardous foods were kept at or below 45° F during cold
holding. Cooked potatoes, yogurt, cut melons and other fruits
were observed at 50° F in a cooler. The products were
voluntarily discarded during the inspection.
A re-inspection was satisfactory.
Imperial
Kitchen Buffet, V-Lansing
Accurate thermometers were not available to evaluate potentially
hazardous foods. No metal stem probe thermometer was available
at the time of the inspection.
Potentially hazardous foods were not kept at or above 140°
F during hot holding. Chicken on a stick, pepper chicken and
BBQ pork were observed at 118-134° F. The products were
rapidly re-heated to 165° F prior to return to service.
A re-inspection was satisfactory.
CU-Risley
Dining, C-Ithaca
Potentially hazardous foods were not kept at or above 140°
F during hot holding. Grilled cheese sandwiches were observed
at 118° F. The product was served in less than forty minutes.
Enough refrigerated storage was not properly maintained so
that potentially hazardous foods were maintained at 45°
F or below. All sandwich meats, tomatoes and various cheeses
were observed at 55-60° F. The products were voluntarily
discarded during the inspection.
A re-inspection was satisfactory.
Fine
Line Bistro, C-Ithaca
Enough refrigerated equipment was not available or maintained
or operated so that potentially hazardous food was stored
at or below 45° F. Heavy cream, ground beef, tuna steaks,
scallops, buttermilk and several other foods were observed
at 51-60° F. The products were voluntarily discarded during
the inspection.
A re-inspection was not completed prior to submission of
this report.
Green
Café, T-Dryden
Potentially hazardous foods were not kept at or below 45°
F during cold holding. Sandwiches and salads were observed
at 50-52° F in a cooler. The products were rapidly chilled
to 45° F or below prior to return to service.

Cream and various milks were observed at 50-52° F on a
counter for customer service. The products were voluntarily
discarded during the inspection.

F during cold holding. Tuna salad was observed at 53-54°
F. The product was placed in a freezer for rapid chilling
to 45° F or below.

F during cold holding. Cooked potatoes and potato salad were
observed at 58-59° F. Both products were voluntarily discarded
during the inspection.

Potentially hazardous foods were not kept at or above 140°
F during hot holding. Tofu and beef fajitas were observed
at 118-125° F. The products were rapidly re-heated to
165° F prior to return to service.

Potentially hazardous foods were not cooled by an approved
method. Chicken stock was observed at 53° F. The product
was voluntarily discarded during the inspection.

Accurate thermometers were not available at the time of the
inspection to evaluate potentially hazardous foods. The thermometer
on site at the time of the inspection measured 30 too low
when compared to the Health Department calibrated thermocouple.
