January 31, 2025 - Fugitive Arrest

On January 31st, 2025, at 10:20 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies interviewed a male, identified as Julian A. Cochran, age 38 of Ithaca, NY on N. Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing.  During their interview with Cochran, it was discovered that Cochran had two extraditable warrants for his arrest out of Colonial Heights, VA and was therefore arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.  Cochran was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail where he will be held until his extradition hearing.
