Responsibilities

Play a key role in keeping our community connected and moving throughout Tompkins County. Ensure safe, courteous, on-time transportation in a verity of commercial transit. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting community members with inquiries about routes, schedules, and transfers. Communicate effectively with Dispatch through verbal and written reports.
