Tompkins County Whole Health (TCWH) offices at 55 Brown Road (Town of Ithaca) and 201 E. Green Street (City of Ithaca) will be closed on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, for staff development.  

All Whole Health staff will participate in the all-day staff development. Our answering service will receive phone calls and messages will be reviewed throughout the day.

  • For Health Services’ answering service, call 607-274-6600.
  • For Mental Health Services’ answering service, call 607-274-6200.

If there is an emergency, appropriate staff will be notified. Prescription requests received by 2:30 pm will be processed Wednesday, January 29.
