Property Tax Payments may also be submitted at our Locked Drop Box located to the left of our outside door at: Tompkins County Finance Office, 125 East Court St., Ithaca, NY. All checks should be made payable to: Tompkins County. The lock box will be checked at 4:15pm on weekdays.
