Theft of Services

On November 1, 2019 at 2:40 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Mirabito in the Village of Dryden for a theft of services complaint.  Upon arrival deputies interviewed the driver of a taxi company.  The taxi driver informed deputies that he provided a taxi fare to the Mirabito and the passenger did not pay.

Deputies located and interviewed the passenger, Stephen L. STORRS, age 53 of Lansing, NY.  STORRS was unable to provide any money for the taxi fare and was subsequently arrested for Theft of Services (Class A Misdemeanor).  STORRS was processed and released.
