Petit Larceny Arrest

Deputies responded to Tops Friendly Markets located at 2300 North Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing for a report of a trespass complaint. Upon arrival, deputies located and identified the person trespassing as JACI M. RUMSEY, age 21 of Ithaca, NY. Through further investigation into the incident, deputies located stolen merchandise on RUMSEY.

RUMSEY was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. RUMSEY was arraigned in the Town of Lansing Court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail.
