Petit Larceny

On October 21st, 2017 at 5:52 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Tops, 2300 N. Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing for a theft complaint.  Deputies spoke with Tops lost prevention upon arrival.  Lost prevention alleged that a female, identified as Bambi L. Lackner, age 40 of Ithaca, was observed concealing several items from the store and exiting all points of sale without paying.  Lackner was taken into custody and processed at the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office.  Lackner charged with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) and released on appearance ticket ordering her return to the Town of Lansing Court on November 9th, 2017 at 3:00 PM.
