DWI Arrest

On March 4th, 2018 at around 7:03 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a tan Honda CRV on NYS Route 13 in the Town of Lansing after observing minor traffic violations.  Deputies interviewed the driver, Daniel J. Rossiter, age 36 of Sayre, PA and began observing signs of impairment.  Deputies conducted a DWI Investigation which resulted in Rossiters arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.

Rossiter was charged with Passing a Reg Signal (Violation), Driving While Intoxicated (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or Greater (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .18% or Greater (Unclassified Misdemeanor).  Rossiter was released on traffic tickets and ordered to return to the Town of Lansing Court at a later date.
