DWI Arrest

On March 27th, 2018 at 10:16 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop on a white Toyota Tacoma on N. Triphammer Road in teh Village of Lansing after observing the vehicle driving erratically on NYS Route 13.  Deputies interviewed the driver, Brian J. Easterbrook, age 53 of Ithaca NY and began to observe signs of intoxication.  Deputies then conducted a DWI Investigation which resulted in Easterbrooks arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.

Easterbrook was charged with Moving From Lane Unsafely (Violation), Driving While Intoxicated (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or Greater.  Easterbrook was released on traffic tickets ordering his presence in the Town of Lansing Court on April 24th, 2018 at 9:00 AM.
