Triphammer Road, Village of Lansing for a Theft Complaint.  Deputies interviewed lost preventionsofficers upon their arrival.  Lost prevention alleged observing a female, identified as Lisa E. Wapen, age 31 of Ithaca, NY, steal several grocery items from the store without making any attempts to pay for the items.

Lost prevention further alleged that Wapen is the same female who stole from the store on January 23rd, 2018, which was also reported to the Sheriff’s Office; however, she had allegedly fled before law enforcement arrived and was never identified.

Wapen was charged with 2 counts of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor), processed and released on appearance ticket ordering her to return to the Town of Lansing Court at a later date.
