DWI Crash Arrest

Deputies responded to a two car motor vehicle crash on Cortland Road in the Town of Dryden.  Upon arrival deputies observed a Ford Focus and Subaru Forester that had hit head on.  Deputies identified the driver of the Ford Focus as Ivan W. KELLY II, age 38 of Syracuse, NY.  Through further investigation deputies determined that KELLY was intoxicated and arrested KELLY.

KELLY was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to take a breath test, Failed to Keep Right and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.  KELLY is to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on 09/24/2018 at 5:00 P:M.  Dryden Ambulance, Dryden Fire, McLean Fire and Cortland County Sheriff assisted at the scene.
