DWI Arrest

On January 6th, 2017 at about 9:50 PM, Deputies stopped a 2003 Dodge on Asbury Road in the Town of Lansing for an unsafe start.  Deputies report that the operator of the Dodge squealed its tires, which caused a burn mark on the pavement in front of a marked patrol unit.  Deputies then stopped the Dodge in the 600 Block of Asbury Road.  Subsequent to an investigation, Deputies determined the driver was intoxicated.  The driver was identified as CODY J NIELSEN (Age 30 of Dryden).

NIELSEN was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated With 0.08% BAC or More, and Unsafe Start.  He was later released and is set to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on January 24th, 2017 at 9:00 AM.
