DWI Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Weapon Arrest

On August 3rd, 2017 at 1:06 AM, deputies stopped a dark colored Nissan Altima for speeding and failing to use designated lane as it traveled in an easterly direction on State Route 13 in the Village of Lansing. Deputies identified the Operator, JORDAN WHITE, age 31 of N. Triphammer Road in Lansing.  Upon interviewing, WHITE he was found to be intoxicated. Deputies took WHITE into custody and upon searching WHITE'S vehicle a Chukka Stick was found and secured. WHITE was charged with Failing to Use Designated Lane, Speeding, Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving with .08 of 1% or More of Alcohol and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the the Forth Degree for the Chukka Stick. White is to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on AUGUST 29th, 2017 at 9:00 AM.
