DWI Arrest

On December 13, 2019 at 6:45 AM, Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area of Knoll Wood Drive and Dryden Road in the Town of Dryden for a check the welfare complaint.  Upon arrival, deputies located a 2007 Dodge running but parked partially in the roadway.  The driver was identified as Brad M. SCHOFFNER, age 30 of Trumansburg, NY.

SCHOFFNER was found to be intoxicated and possessed multiple open containers of alcoholic beverages, as well as a small quantity of marijuana.  SCHOFFNER was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor), Driving While intoxicated with 0.08% BAC or More (Misdemeanor), and Operating with Open Container (2 counts).  SCHOFFNER was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on January 6, 2020 at 5:00 PM.
