DWI Arrest

On June 22nd, 2019 at 9:00 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies observed a white Toyota truck conduct an improper U-turn on State Route 13 in the Town of Dryden.  Deputies stopped the truck and identified the driver as Faith A. HATT, age 29 of Lansing, MI.  Through further investigation deputies determined that HATT was intoxicated and arrested HATT.

HATT was charged with Improper U-Turn, Insufficient turn signal and two counts of Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor).  HATT was released to a sober third party.  HATT is to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on July 18th, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
