DWI Arrest

Deputies stopped a white Hyundai for driving erratically and squealing its tires on North Triphammer Road in the Village of Lansing.  Deputies identified the driver of the vehicle as Jaci M. RUMSEY, age 21 of Danby, NY.  Through further investigation deputies determined that RUMSEY was intoxicated and arrested RUMSEY.

RUMSEY was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (Blood Alcohol Content greather than .18%), Failed to Keep Right, Failed to Use Designated Lane, Unsafe Start and Unlicensed Operator.  RUMSEY was released to a sober third party and is to appear in the Town of Lansing Court on 02/13/2018 at 9:00 A:M.
