DWI Arrest

On August 28th, 2017 at about 9:00 PM, deputies stopped a Jeep traveling on Ridge Road in the Town of Lansing.  The Jeep had no illuminated tail lamps and was observed swerving in the lane of travel.  The driver was identified as DARBY J NELSON (Age 37 of Lansing).  NELSON was found to be heavily intoxicated.

NELSON was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated With 0.18% BAC or More, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated With 0.08% BAC or More, and Operating with No Tail Lamps.  

NELSON posted police bail and was released with an appearance date of September 19th, 2017 at 9:00 AM in the Town of Lansing Court.
