DWAI Drugs Arrest

Deputies stopped a white Jeep for traveling at a high rate of speed on Danby Road in the Town of Ithaca.  Deputies identified the driver of the vehicle as Marcus J. WEATHERSBY, age 22 of Ithaca, NY.  Through further investigation, deputies determined that WEATHERSBY was under the influence of drugs and arrested WEATHERSBY.

WEATHERSBY was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Speed in Zone and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  WEATHERSBY was released to a sober third party and is to appear in the Town of Ithaca Court on December 21, 2017 at 9:00 AM.
