Drug Arrest

On 07/26/2017 at 1:12 A:M, Dryden Police and Deputies stopped a 2000 Acura for vehicle and traffic law violations on State Route 13 in the Town of Dryden.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Kelsey Q. MCBEAN, age 22 of Ithaca, NY.  Through further investigation and a search conducted of the vehicle, Dryden Police and Deputies located drugs.  MCBEAN was arrested.

MCBEAN was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Third Degree (B Felony), Criminal Possession of Marihuana Fifth Degree (B Misdemeanor), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle Third Degree and Failed to Keep Right.  MCBEAN was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail.  MCBEAN is to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on 07/26/2017 at 4:00 P:M.
