Domestic DWI Arrest

Deputies responded to Domestic incident in the Town of Ithaca.   While responding Deputies were advised by Tompkins County Dispatch that one party had left the area in a 1979 Oldsmobile color brown and was reported to be intoxicated.    Deputies Located the vehicle parked along Elmira Road in the Town of Ithaca and identified the operator as Inge R. Wake age 41 of Ithaca NY.  Deputies then conducted a DWI investigation and determined that Wake was intoxicated. 

After conducted both a Domestic Incident investigation and a DWI investigation Wake was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, two counts of DWI, and Aggravated DWI.   Wake was released to a sober third party and is to appear in the Town of Ithaca Court on June 26th at 4:00 PM.
