Petit Larceny Arrest

On December 9th, 2017 at 5:40 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Target, 40 Catherwood Road in the Village of Lansing for a theft complaint.  Deputies interviewed lost prevention upon arrival who allege observing a female identified as Itati A. Abadie, age 19 of Jackson Heights, NY stealing merchandise from their store.  They then allege observing walking out with the merchandise passing all points of sale making no attempt to purchase it.  Abadie was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation).  She was released on appearance ticket ordering her to return to the Town of Lansing Court at a later date.
