Petit Larceny Arrests

On December 10th, 2017 at around 3:33 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Target, 40 Catherwood in the Village of Lansing for a theft complaint.  Deputies interviewed lost prevention upon arrival who allege observing two females and one male steal merchandise from their store.  Lost prevention further allege that when they confronted the three, the incident became physical when they forced their way through lost prevention officers.

After an investigation into the case, deputies located and charged three individuals.  Nicole B. Sherman, age 27 of Dublin Road in Lansing and two other individuals who are under the age of 18 were arrested and charged with one count each of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).  They were all three given appearance tickets and ordered to return to the Town of Lansing Court at a later date.
